Substance Use Disorder (SUD) Program Coordinator / Therapist
Status: Full-Time or Part-Time
Salary: $26–$34/hour DOE/License
Reports To: Clinical Director
Primary Location: Salt Lake City
Travel: Some travel required across JRSS satellite locations
Position Summary: The SUD Program Coordinator/Therapist is a bilingual, licensed or license-eligible clinician who provides direct clinical services while also leading the development and coordination of culturally responsive substance use disorder programming across LBHS.
This role serves predominantly Spanish-speaking adults and bilingual youth (ages 12–18) and their families, with a strong emphasis on co-occurring mental health and substance use disorders. The position also supports community education, outreach, and collaboration with Utah-based systems including courts, recovery partners, and community organizations.
Services are delivered through a combination of in-person and telehealth modalities, with limited travel to partner sites across the Wasatch Front to support equitable access to care.
Youth Peer Support Program Facilitator (Bilingual – Spanish/English)
Status: Full-Time or Part-Time (benefits available for full-time employees)
Salary: $20–$23/hour (depending on experience)
Reports To: Peer Programs Director
Primary Location: Salt Lake City
Travel: Ogden, Provo, Park City, and school-based sites
Position Summary: The Youth Peer Support Program Facilitator is responsible for the delivery, coordination, and quality implementation of youth peer support services and psychoeducational programming for youth ages 12–18, with some programming for children ages 6–12 and their families.
This role is highly community-embedded and school-based, working closely with middle schools, high schools, and community partners to ensure access to culturally responsive, bilingual peer support services.
The facilitator will support youth, particularly Spanish-speaking, immigrant, refugee, and new American populations, in navigating school systems, developing emotional wellness skills, and achieving both academic and personal success.
Office Administrator / Office Manager
Status: Part-Time or Full-Time (benefits available)
Salary: $20–$23/hour DOE
Reports to: Program Manager (JRSS)
Location: Salt Lake City
Openings: Three positions
Position Summary: The Office Administrator/Manager supports daily operations to ensure an efficient, organized, and welcoming environment. This position handles administrative and clerical tasks, supports staff with scheduling and coordination, manages supplies and office operations, and assists with basic human resources and accounting functions.

JRSS closes for up to 10 days between Christmas Day and New Year’s Day. While the observed holidays are paid, the time in between is not. Most of our staff uses PTO to cover these few days. This time allows our staff to rest and celebrate the end of the year.
